Diann’s responsibilities include the daily supervision of grants in cities located primarily in Northeast Texas. Diann is a well respected figure in the field of grant management having served approximately 40 different local jurisdictions during her 25-year career. She is one of a very small number of grant administration professionals whose career includes service under the HUD Small Cities CDBG Program, pre-dating the establishment of the Texas Community Development Program.
